Assistant Professor Undergraduate Psychology
Job Description Summary:
The University of La Verne's College of Health and Community Well-Being invites applications for one full-time, ten-month, Assistant Professor tenure-track position to begin with the 2024-2025 academic year. The position is as a core faculty member in the undergraduate psychology program.
Specific Duties:
This position requires: teach a full course load (three courses each semester) in the undergraduate psychology program, scholarship in the applicant’s respective field, and service to the program, college, and university.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications for the position includes a doctoral degree in psychology
Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants with the following specialties are encouraged to apply: child, cognitive, developmental, evaluation/measurement, experimental, forensic, health, learning/behavior, personality, quantitative, or social. We particularly welcome candidates who have an interest in teaching undergraduate courses in Statistics, Research Methods, and Experimental Psychology.
