Job Description

  1. Analyze & design training materials and plans to meet the needs of groups and individuals.
  2. Teach technology & business process training courses for CCBC faculty and staff.
  3. Conduct departmental optimization needs assessments and surveys to increase efficiency and effectiveness around the use of technology.
  4. Support and facilitate course registration, attendance and related procedures.
  5. Provide troubleshooting and service coordination efforts with the appropriate group.
  6. Develop training plans, course schedules, and course delivery events.
  7. Support mobile and remote training, development, and facilitation.

Preferred and Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Instructional Technology or Information Technology preferred.   Five (5) years’ experience in supporting technology required. Experience developing and delivering technology related training required and performing needs assessments preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with violation points less than five (5).
