Master's degree and five (5) years of demonstrated experience building employer relationships and preparing individuals for career opportunities, internships and apprenticeships. A minimum of two (2) years of experience mentoring, training or supervising staff is required. Experience using career services management software (i.e. College Central, Handshake, etc) in a college setting is preferred. Demonstrated success in cultivating collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff and professional colleagues. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing with violation points less than five (5).
