Examples of Duties / Knowledge & Skills
GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To assist with the planning, directing, and organizing of the physical plant operations and construction coordination. To assist the Physical Plant Director with assigning activities. Supervise the MCC Highlander Ranch. This position receives general supervision from the Director, Physical Plant and exercise supervision over support staff.
NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
Restricted-Sustained posture, for prolonged periods; light lifting, some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort. Must be available for some flexible scheduling.
Minimum qualifications & Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience: Three or more years of relevant professional work experience.
