The University of Texas at Arlington, College of Nursing and Health Innovation is excited to announce that we are searching for a dynamic leader to join the graduate nursing department as the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program Director. The individual will report to the department chair and will be part of a dedicated leadership team focused on high-quality programs. Responsibilities will include program development and evaluation, faculty supervision, promoting the program, collaborating with advising, and others to ensure student success and teaching.
The right candidate must have an earned doctorate, an MSN, academic leadership experience, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience and be eligible for the rank of Clinical Associate Professor. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to diversity and equity in education through their teaching, and service. This position works on a 9-month renewable contract and is eligible for benefits.
