Work is performed under the general supervision of the Chief Pharmacist.

Major/Essential Functions

This is a PRN / Relief Pharmacist Position for our Lubbock Pharmacy. 
This position is primarily responsible for compounding and dispensing medications to fill outpatient prescriptions written by qualified personnel and for ensuring control of medications and pharmaceuticals within the pharmacy. Work is performed under the general supervision the Chief Pharmacist.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy, and certification by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
One year of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or retail pharmacy.

Pay Statement
