St. Mary's College of Maryland is accepting applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Anthropology . St. Mary's College of Maryland's Department of Anthropology is seeking a full-time one-year, non-tenure-track visiting assistant professor in sociocultural anthropology with background in ethnographic fieldwork to teach six courses (3-3) over the 2021-2022 academic year, including Introduction to Anthropology (two sections), Cultural Anthropology, Kinship and Social Organization, and two electives in their area of expertise. Areas of interest include but are not limited to: race and/or ethnicity; gender and/or sexualities; environmental and/or climate justice; medical anthropology and/or global public health.
