The Department of Physiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center seeks an outstanding cardiovascular researcher (Assistant Professor, tenure-track position) to complement and extend departmental and campus-wide research in the areas of cardiovascular or renal physiology or metabolism. The primary duties of this position are to perform cutting-edge research, secure national funding, and teach medical and dental physiology. Outstanding collaborative opportunities and excellent resources are available in the Department of Physiology, the Division of Cardiology, and the Methodist Cardiovascular Institute at the UTHSC.
