Our faculty has received research grants and contract support from diverse extramural agencies including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Food Research Initiative (AFRI), United States Department of Education (USDE), Wyoming Departments of Education (WDE) and Health (WDH), as well as the American Heart Association
