Division/Department Information The Management Department of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University invites applications for a tenure track position in the area of management, with a specialty in Entrepreneurship and/or Innovation preferred, at the rank of assistant professor beginning in the academic year 2020-21. The Management Department consists of sixteen Full time faculty members and ten adjunct faculty. We offer a B.S. in Management and M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as a concentration in the M.B.A. At the undergraduate level we offer minors in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Human Resource Management, International Management, and Sustainability and Social Enterprise. The department offers courses in all areas of Management, such as Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Human Resources, International Management, and Strategy. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be a researcher contributing to the advancement of his/her discipline by publishing in top-tier national and international journals, with a record of strong teaching performance at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
