Position Summary: The Institutional Research Department is seeking a research specialist who can provide data to assist the college in its operations. Retrieves data from a wide variety of sources, critically evaluates data while drawing on policy implications including impact on students of diverse backgrounds, and makes recommendations. This position is also responsible for the design and implementation of research systems for a variety of college programs and projects. Additionally, serves as an internal consultant to college employees in the design and analysis of research projects and in the interpretation of statistical data in support of enrollment management, academic planning, and the assessment of teaching and student-learning outcomes.
