About the Job The Pediatric Nursing faculty are exempt, full-time, qualified professionals who are able to integrate their Christian faith in the learning environment to prepare the next generation of Christian nurse leaders. The nursing faculty teach theory, simulation, and clinical practicum experiences for nursing students and are responsible for creating and developing the program curriculum and for assessing student learning outcomes. The nursing faculty role includes teaching, scholarship and service, and leadership within the University, the profession, and the community. Nursing faculty hold 12 month positions and courses within all nursing programs are offered on a 12 month calendar year. Academic rank assignment is commensurate with credentials and experience.
