The new Dean will work with the faculty and staff to strengthen current undergraduate and graduate programs and develop new programs to realize the mission of public education in service to students and the region. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, collaborative, and persuasive leader who is able to partner successfully with state and national leaders in practice, policy, and research in the disciplines within the COE while guiding the work of the College's faculty and staff.
