Faculty - All Ranks (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)

The School of Nursing is currently recruiting a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) faculty member who will teach in the PNP/DNP program and practice. The PNP/DNP faculty will assume academic responsibilities including classroom teaching, simulation and clinical coordination in the PNP/DNP program, while establishing or maintaining a clinical practice as a PNP. S/He will work closely with the PNP/DNP Program Director under the supervision and in collaboration with the assistant and associate deans. The incumbent will take advantage of our resource allocation plan (percentage of time for teaching and practice is individually determined) and the generous benefits package offered by Columbia University. S/He will receive a full-time faculty appointment commensurate with education and experience.
- Doctoral Degree (PhD, DNSc, DNP, DrPH, EdD)
- The candidate must have current New York State licensure and professional certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as PNP.
- Previous experience as a clinical or didactic educator in NP graduate program.
