Performs routine clerical duties requiring fundamental knowledge of office systems or procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Oral communications skills to support interaction with varying levels of DCCCD staff, students and the general public. The ability to provide quality customer service.
Most incumbents work with light, easy to handle material. Some incumbents may occasionally be required to work with moderately heavy materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Graduation from high school or equivalent. No experience required. Some positions require typing. ***Will be subject to a criminal background check and fingerprinting.***
