Hourly Rate (Part-Time)
$15.38 per hour
An entry level position working under direct supervision and performs repetitive standardized tasks and functions in support of location end users in either an administrative or educational support applications and general network activities. Provides support in either a Windows or Macintosh system environment. Provides computer and local area network (LAN) and/or wide area network (WAN) support to location users in an administrative and/or educational environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills, as well as knowledge of PC hardware and software applications. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The ability to provide quality customer service.
May be required to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Graduation from high school or equivalent plus one year of experience in a computer related field. *** Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check. ***
