Responsible for performing administrative work in assisting the Vice President with the overall management for specific area/programs. Duties include research, planning and development, conflict resolution and recommendations to the Vice President. Provides project and program management assistance for the Vice President.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintains records, generate reports, and communicate with others. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, administrators, community organizations, businesses, faculty and students; ability to make timely decisions; and the ability to write effectively. Strong knowledge and experience providing effective customer service.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Master's degree or higher plus two years of related administration experience including supervisory experience or Bachelor's degree plus four years of related administration experience including supervisory experience.
