Job Description Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Department of Ophthalmology University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center announces an opening for an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. We seek an outstanding individual with an MD degree who is board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology and eligible for a Texas Medical License.  Subspecialty training is a plus, but not required.  This position will serve to help supervise residents and fellows at Parkland Memorial Hospital as well as develop a faculty clinical practice. Experience in resident teaching and current practice in medical and surgical ophthalmology, or a recent graduate of a residency or fellowship training program preferred.
