Associate Research Scientist
Nanotherapeutics and Stem Cell Engineering Laboratory
Columbia University


Associate Research Scientist in Nanotherapeutics and Stem Cell Engineering Laboratory in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University in the City of New York.

The laboratory for Nanotherapeutics and Stem Cell Engineering Laboratory in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University in the City of New York is looking to hire biomedical engineers for the development of novel nanotherapeutic approaches for drug delivery and tissue engineering research.

Experience with polymer chemistry, microfluidic, drug delivery, gene editing, cell biology, and cancer research is desired.

Candidates must have a PhD in chemistry, material science, biology, or biomedical engineering, be able to work independently and establish collaborations with researchers within and outside of Columbia University.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in chemistry, material science, biology, or biomedical engineering with at least two years of postdoctoral experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in polymer chemistry, microfluidic, drug delivery, gene editing, cell biology, and cancer research. We also seek candidates with a strong ability to establish multidisciplinary research and educational collaborations with researchers within and outside of Columbia University.
