Provide professional mental health services for UW campus community including: group counseling, individual brief (time-effective) therapy, and couples counseling, assessment (drop-in and Intake sessions), referrals as needed, and crisis services during office hours and after-hours if needed (We have an after-hours on call service). Intervention and assessment includes interpretation and integration of psychological testing and diagnoses.

Complete necessary and required clinical and administrative paperwork in timely manner and consistent with professional standards and office expectations.
Provide consultation to parents, faculty, and staff about mental health topics; provide outreach to various groups on campus on a variety of mental health topics.
Attend administrative, training, and clinical meetings.
Participate in UCC Training Team through instruction, supervision, and evaluation of UCC clinical trainees, in particular, availability to provide supervision to trainees who will use hours toward future licensing as psychologists or mental health counselors.
Coordinate consultation and outreach activities. Assist with assessment, benchmarking, and outcome research activities for UCC, under direction of UCC director or UCC associate director. As part of outreach delivery, help with development and maintenance of the UCC/AWARE Web pages.
Collaborate with campus and community partners (e.g. participation in coalition meetings).
