The Program Developer will meet the needs of the College’s customers by supporting the fulfillment of training and business solution contracts through the coordination of scheduling, staffing, materials, and logistics of training and business services events. This position also coordinates aspects of implementation and project management for contract instruction and business services, and acts as a liaison between clients, college staff, full-time and adjunct instructional personnel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with appropriate college units for the staffing and delivery of curriculum and services to meet client requirements for contracted training and activities.
Coordinate and project manage contracting opportunities in conjunction with department staff for business services and contract training needs, liaison between clients and required resources.
Initiate and maintain frequent communication with internal and external staff on the status of activities related to the delivery of contracted activity, maintaining weekly reporting on enrollment, room locations, status of and location of materials of instruction.
Assist in the contract process in order to meet financial goals through efficient management of college resources. This may be accomplished by, the use of automated college systems to track revenues and expenses of contracted services to ensure that support activities are accomplished in a timely manner.
Produce reports as requested by the Coordinator and/or Asst. Director/Director including, but not limited to those related to FTE and revenue generation and the overall productivity of the department.
Review submissions of course information ensuring requirements are met for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and award of State Funding (CC-10s).
Assist staff in the logistics and coordination of new product acquisition, development and or/partnerships with commercial entities.
Develop and recommend administrative procedural changes, thus enabling the department to respond more efficiently and effectively to clients’ needs.
Establish and maintain high-quality, trusting client relationships.
Utilize Salesforce to track and monitor client relationships, including the status of proposals, letters of agreement and enterprise budget accounts.
Provide project management and coordination for unique strategic partnerships and associated business services and activities.
Participate actively in college governance, including service on divisional and college committees as requested or assigned.
