The ICSWP University of Manitoba Access Program is designed for mature undergraduate students facing significant social, academic and financial barriers to post-secondary education (e.g., Indigenous peoples, newcomers to Canada, people living in poverty). The ICSWP is located in Winnipeg’s North End and is closely connected with this community and local organizations.

Applicants with experience in community-based and community engaged research, and who have demonstrated excellence in post-secondary teaching, will also be given favourable consideration for these positions.
