Develops and maintains a variety of computer records used to record data related to department functions. Provide information using a variety of report generators.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to manipulate large databases to analyze information and provide summary reports. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a wide variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong knowledge and experience providing effective customer service.
Some incumbents are required to be able to lift and move terminals, cables and peripherals weighing up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Associate’s degree plus two years of experience in related field or high school graduate or equivalent and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet/database programs plus four years of experience in related field. Official transcripts will be required. ***Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.***
NOTE: Strong Excel skills required and Database structures and SQL a plus
