The search committee for the appointment of the President for St. Thomas More College, a Catholic undergraduate liberal arts college federated with the University of Saskatchewan, is conducting an extensive international search and would like to invite expressions of interest, applications and nominations.

St. Thomas More College is seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader who has a passionate vision for post-secondary education. As the new President, you will lead an illustrious academic community that operates in the Catholic intellectual tradition, committed to rigorous intellectual standards, and the pursuit of social justice and the common good, where 4,500 students are encouraged to grow intellectually as well as spiritually.

St. Thomas More College Address: 1437 College Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0W6. This full-time position requires relevant education such as a Phd and proven leadership experience in a Catholic federated college or major university faculty.

Qualifications and accountabilities: experience sufficient to lead a college with over 110 faculty and staff; including over 4,500 students.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Board of Governors. The President will play an integral role in the establishment and achievement of the strategic direction and academic priorities of the College. The President acts with full authority of the Board and on behalf of the College for all internal and external matters affecting the College.

He/she is responsible for providing leadership and direction to other members of the senior leadership team, including the Dean, Associate Dean, the academic community of program chairs and faculty, as well as professional and administrative staff in the college and reporting units.
