Work college-wide with Deans, Directors and Chairs to provide targeted professional development activities for specific audiences.

Supervise and evaluate the work of all Center staff. Make recommendations to the Associate Vice President for Learning concerning hiring, promotion, and termination of Center staff as necessary.

Coordinate with Deans, Chairs and Directors to oversee the comprehensive and periodic evaluation of adjunct faculty including evaluation for promotion as appropriate.

Lead efforts to help integrate adjunct faculty into the college community with a coordinated college-wide program that assesses needs, sets goals, develops specific programming, and implements professional development that enhances their skills, knowledge and performance.
