Works with administrative/educational support applications and network activities. Provide microcomputer and local area network (LAN) support to location users in an administrative and/or educational environment. May provide support in systems and programming areas as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
The ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The ability to provide quality customer service.
Normal physical job functions performed within a standard office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with physical challenges to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Graduation from high school. Must be enrolled in a DCCCD IT degree plan or equivalent and be enrolled in a DCCCD CO-OP ITXX course or equivalent or recently completed a CO-OP ITXX course or equivalent. Must have an IT degree plan on file at a DCCCD college. Must be able to work a minimum of fifteen (15) hours per week. ***Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check. ***
