Facilities Coordinator Assistant PT

The Facilities Coordinator Assistant provides administrative support to the Coordinator, Assistant Director and Executive Director of Facilities. This position is one of the first points of contact for both internal and external customers. The position requires optimal customer service standards to meet the needs of all four campus locations and requires a thorough attention to detail for successful operation.
The work schedule for this part-time position is 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Flexibility is required. Effective 7/1/15, permanent employees who work less than 30 hours per week are no longer eligible for medical, dental or vision benefits.
