$2,833.33 mo. - $3,258.33 mo. (dependent on experience and other considerations)
Works with student transcripts and the Colleague student system software. Under supervision of the District Coordinator, Transcript Evaluation, provides Colleague and transcript evaluation support to the DCCCD College locations and students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluates student transcripts utilizing established standards. Inputs transfer evaluations utilizing Colleague screens and procedures. Identifies discrepancies, troubleshoots and recommends to Coordinator solutions to problems/issues that may arise. Must be willing to develop working knowledge of document imaging software and scanning procedures. Interprets transfer guides and accreditation manuals. Assists in building a database for standard transfer equivalencies. Performs other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports and communicate with others. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The ability to provide quality customer service.
Works with light easy to carry materials requiring very little physical effort.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
Associate's degree or higher plus four years of work experience in a college admissions office or working with degree audit or graduation from high school or equivalent plus six years of work experience in a college admissions office or working with degree audit. Official transcripts will be required. ***Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.***
