University of Memphis, Mathematical Sciences Department
The Department of Mathematical Sciences invites applications for a 9 month, non-tenure track Instructor position in Mathematics beginning August 21, 2017.
Normal duties will include teaching 12 – 15 Credits hours per semester, the General Education courses and assisting with other aspects of the undergraduate instructional program such as serving on departmental committees.
Teaching outside of the General Education courses may be available to qualified applicants.

Applicants must have either a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences or a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in Mathematics.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at the University level, and a strong commitment to lower division undergraduate instruction.
Experience with MyMathLab or WebAssign software and NCAT redesign methods are preferred.
Screening will begin June 2017, and may continue until the position is filled.
